To strengthen the team, we are looking for a: Assembly Worker 100% ## Your area of responsibility • Manufacturing and assembly of electronic components according to production specifications • Professional processing and connection of electronic components using different soldering processes • Responsible for the manufactured assemblies regarding quality, function and execution • Support in the coordination of daily processes within the production team as well as taking over organizational tasks in the absence of the team leader • Participation in the production of first samples and pre-series as well as close cooperation with the technical specialist departments • Contribution of improvement suggestions for the optimization of production workflows and manufacturing processes Your profile • Professional experience in electronics manufacturing or in a comparable production environment • Practical experience in the assembly and soldering of electronic assemblies is an advantage • Technical understanding as well as a reliable and quality-conscious way of working • High degree of accuracy, independence and care • Team-oriented personality with a responsible way of working • Good German skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an additional plus What awaits you • A varied activity in an innovative and technically oriented working environment • Modern employment conditions with performance-related remuneration • Attractive additional benefits and participation opportunities for employees • Flexible holiday regulations with the option to take additional holiday days • Individual training and further education opportunities for professional and personal development
