Kitchen Porter / Casserolier - Hotel Valrose, Rougemont

As a Kitchen Porter, you play an essential role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Wash pots, pans, kitchen utensils and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and storage areas
• Assist with waste management, recycling and disposal
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Handle kitchen equipment with care and responsibility

Your Profile :

You are reliable, hardworking and physically fit. You are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset.
