Team Leadership Residential Group and Deputy Nursing Service Management These are your tasks: You lead and develop a committed residential group team for people with increased nursing needs. You design a resource-oriented support and care together with your team. You work actively in the support and care day and ensure professional client documentation. You bring your ideas and experiences into the team leader forum and contribute to the professional and qualitative further development of the location. You take over the deputy management of the nursing service and share responsibility for the further development of the nursing area. Scope: 90%-100% This is what you bring: Degree as a nursing specialist HF/FH First leadership and several years of professional experience, ideally in the support and care of people with disabilities.
