Head of Finance (Deputy CFO)

Your tasks

• Management of financial processes (consolidated semi-annual and annual financial statements, budgets etc.) and ensuring consistent accounting for the group
• Further development and optimization of financial processes and internal controls
• Ensuring high quality and reliability of financial data
• Management and optimization of tax and financial topics
• Preparation of analyses and provision of key performance indicators (KPIs) as a basis for entrepreneurial decisions
• Documentation of important business transactions of the company (non-operating income, realizations, investments etc.) and ensuring stock market compliance
• Leadership and further development of a small team
• Deputizing for the CFO and close cooperation on strategic and operational financial topics
• Participation in group-wide projects and further development of the organization
• Predominantly based in Granges (VD), but occasionally also active in Müllheim-Wigoltingen (TG)

Your competencies

• Master in Finance, certified auditor or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in accounting and in the consolidation of various companies of different sizes; preferably in a food company
• Proficient mastery of IT tools (ERP, BI) and knowledge in financial optimization
• Leadership personality with high persuasiveness and decisiveness
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills combined with high implementation strength
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to take responsibility
• Autonomous, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel and enjoyment of exchange with the various locations
• Very good German and/or French skills (C1); English is an advantage
