Automation Technician (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for you as an Automation Technician. You build and wire controls, parameterize/program components, and commission systems - internally and, depending on the order, also at the customer's site.

Tasks

• Assembly and commissioning of machines and systems
• Parameterization and programming of controls
• Carrying out functional tests, analyzing errors, and resolving them sustainably
• Keeping documentation and testing documents (schematics, bills of materials, protocols) up to date
• Close cooperation with mechanics, software, and assembly; technical clarifications with suppliers and customers

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Automation Technician EFZ or Electrical Installer EFZ with experience in automation
• Practice in control cabinet construction, wiring, or commissioning is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of PLC, drive technology, and fieldbus systems
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working; team player, reliable, and practical-oriented
• Very good oral and written German skills
