For our Accounting Excellence team in Zürich, we are looking for a committed personality who actively supports the day-to-day business and at the same time helps to further develop our processes with modern technologies. Your tasks As a Werkstudent:in, you will support the Accounting Excellence team in the operational day-to-day business and gain comprehensive insights into various areas of financial accounting. This includes tasks in Customer Accounting, Contract Management, creditor accounting, and invoicing. In addition to operational activities, you will work actively on the digitalization and automation of our financial processes. Together with the specialist departments, you will analyze existing processes, identify automation potential, and support the implementation of innovative solutions. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to use and further develop modern technologies such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and VBA. You will be involved in the creation of automations, digital workflows, reports, and prototypes and will support the team in making operational activities more efficient. This versatile role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in accounting, process management, and digitalization and at the same time make a visible contribution to the further development of our finance organization. Your profile Ongoing or completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable course of study Interest in financial processes as well as pleasure in questioning and improving existing processes First practical experiences or touchpoints with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, VBA, or comparable automation tools Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel; knowledge of Power Platform or Power BI is an advantage Analytical, structured, and independent working method combined with a high willingness to learn Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills Why this position?
