• You carry out comprehensive consultations for basic products with customers, advise on simpler pension and investment solutions, and pass on contacts to our specialist experts.
• Through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio, you identify customer potential and exploit it
• Depending on the customer's life situation, you develop solutions tailored to their needs
• You receive and advise walk-in customers spontaneously
• You actively participate in contact campaigns and approach customers

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial field
• You have experience in sales and/or in the financial services sector
