For our office in Gisikon in the GU/TU area, we are looking for you as a Construction/Project Manager (m/f/d) for the project «Hotel H4C/The Alpinist, Andermatt Swiss Alps» in Andermatt.

The 4+/5-star hotel «The Alpinist» features 66 rooms, restaurants & bars, 164 apartments, as well as SPA/wellness/fitness distributed across three individual buildings connected by the podium. More info about the project: Bauen in der Kälte: Schutz für Mensch, Material und Maschinen

Tasks: Construction/Project Manager (m/f/d) for hotel construction, Andermatt ###

• You are responsible for the successful realization of the project «Hotel H4C/The Alpinist, Andermatt Swiss Alps» and lead it from execution to defect-free handover
• You control costs, deadlines, quality, and occupational safety and ensure a smooth construction process on this demanding large-scale construction site
• You coordinate the client, planners, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors and act as the central contact person on site
• You conduct tenders and awards, negotiate with subcontractors, and monitor their performance regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• You lead construction meetings, recognize risks early, and ensure project success through professional additional claim, defect, and acceptance management

Requirements: Construction/Project Manager (m/f/d) for hotel construction, Andermatt ###

• Certified construction manager, technician HF/TS, civil engineer, architectural drafter with corresponding further training or equivalent education
• Several years of experience in the management and realization of new construction projects in the GU/TU environment
• Profound knowledge in tendering, awarding, cost control, scheduling, and construction processes
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a confident and professional appearance when dealing with clients, planners, authorities, and contractors
• You are a team player, organized, entrepreneurial-minded, decisive, and convince through initiative, negotiation skills, and healthy assertiveness
