We develop, plan, and realize sophisticated infrastructure projects of various kinds – from residential and commercial buildings to public buildings and industrial and technical facilities as new builds, as well as complex conversions and repairs. Together with architects, specialist planners, and clients, we accompany our projects from planning to successful realization.

Your Tasks
Independent construction management of sophisticated infrastructure projects for the Overall Planning and Structural Engineering departments
Responsibility for the coordination and monitoring of construction execution regarding quality, costs, and schedules
Leadership and coordination of contractors, specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants
Ensuring professional realization according to planning documents, SIA standards, and technical specifications
Preparation of tenders, cost estimates, works contracts, as well as schedules and construction programs
Leading construction meetings including minute-taking and construction site reporting
Examination of invoices, supplements, and measurements
Support of the project and overall management during all execution phases
Participation in the further development of modern construction processes and digital working methods (BIM/BIM2Field)
Your Profile
Completed training in construction (Construction Manager HFP/HF, Technician HF, Architect FH/ETH or comparable)
Experience in the construction management of structural engineering projects in Switzerland
Good knowledge of standards as well as construction and contract law (SIA)
Experience in tendering and cost estimation with NPK/CRB
Confident handling of MS Office and digital construction administration tools
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication, assertive, and team-oriented personality
Very good German skills in spoken and written
