Interimistic Management

The insieme Baselland KJJ foundation accompanies children, young people and young adults with support needs. With our therapeutic and social pedagogical services, we promote participation, development and self-determination. To accompany the organization through the current transformation until the definitive occupation of the position, we are looking for an experienced management personality as Interimistic Management You will take over the operational overall responsibility for the foundation and ensure stability, orientation and effective further development of the organization together with the institutional management. In a phase of ongoing changes, you ensure reliable operation, create trust and accompany the organization with a clear leadership attitude. Your main tasks include • Operational management of the overall foundation • Leadership, support and further development of department and institutional management • Ensuring a high-quality and economical operation of all services • Implementation of the strategic guidelines of the foundation board • Accompaniment of ongoing organizational development and transformation projects; specifically, implementation of the new organizational structure and development of the necessary concepts in cooperation with the institutional management • Personnel management of the first management level including recruitments • Financial, budget and investment planning in cooperation with the foundation board's finance department and the external trust office • Representation of the foundation to cantonal authorities, service providers and other stakeholders • Responsibility for internal control system (IKS), risk management, data protection and compliance • Support of the foundation board in strategic issues What distinguishes you You are an experienced management personality with high social competence, strategic understanding and pronounced implementation power. • Several years of experience in a management or comparable leadership function • Experience in social, pedagogical, health or publicly funded organizations • Proven competence in organizational development and change processes • Very good knowledge of business management, finance and controlling • Experience in cooperation with authorities, political stakeholders and strategic management bodies • Security in labor law and personnel-related issues • Ability to connect different interests and develop viable solutions • High resilience, decision-making strength and reliability • Appreciative leadership style with clear communication What you can expect • A meaningful leadership task with social impact • An organization with committed employees and high professional competence • An experienced management team • Direct cooperation with an active and committed foundation board • Scope for design in an important transition and development phase • A professional environment with short decision-making paths Term of employment The term of the mandate is limited to 2 years and is based on the recruitment process of the definitive management.
