For our restaurant Stein&Sein near the St. Beatus-Höhlen, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurially-minded personality as of November 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Overall responsibility for the organization, planning, and management of the gastronomy
Leading, motivating, and developing your team
Ensuring high quality as well as high guest satisfaction
Co-designing and developing our gastronomic offering
Active participation in daily business and the role of host towards our guests
What you bring with you
You are a leadership personality and a passionate host
A corresponding education as well as several years of professional experience in gastronomy
Several years of leadership experience, entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and an independent way of working
Strong guest and quality orientation
Good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
Ideally, you possess the required operating permit
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
