Senior Product Owner Workplace: Hybrid remote (Bern region) Working hours: 80-100% Type: Temporary, Freelance, CDI To support a client project, we are looking for an experienced person as a Senior Product Owner. The team develops high-quality products in the field of data networks and ensures the stability and high performance of the complex and cabled telecom infrastructure, including its automation. In this role, you assume the typical tasks of a Product Owner, from backlog management, monitoring, to stakeholder management and regular coordination with suppliers and other POs. Tasks • Assume responsibility as Product Owner • Prioritize and manage the team's backlog as well as create the product roadmap • Ensure intensive and effective stakeholder management for decision-making • Responsibility for budgeting and financial control as well as exchanges with suppliers • Monitor project progress and validate product increments • Guarantee the Product Backlog so that Scrum teams know exactly what to do Requirements Essential: • Proven experience as a Product Owner and knowledge in an agile environment • Results-oriented, highly autonomous, personally motivated, as well as stress-resistant and flexible • Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a holistic approach • Approach and thinking strongly oriented towards the client as well as in-depth product knowledge (development) • Experience in stakeholder management, particularly in collaboration with external suppliers • Understanding of economic and commercial contexts • Good coordination and persuasion skills • Mastery of German and English, both spoken and written Desirable: • Experience in co-leadership (Scrum Master & Product Owner) in highly interconnected system environments • Ability to provide orientation even in demanding phases of change Duration: as soon as possible until mid-2027 (with option to extend) Workplace: Bern region, hybrid remote (60% on-site, 40% remote) If you feel concerned, we look forward to receiving your complete application via the following form: Application as Senior Product Owner Only direct applications will be considered
