As the first point of contact, both at the reception and by telephone, you are the visiting card of Radiologie Lindenhof.

• The complex scheduling of all radiological examinations and interventions is the central task that you undertake
• You receive our patients, complete admission formalities, and process inquiries in a customer-oriented manner
• Carrying out general administrative tasks completes your varied daily work routine
• You work in fixed shifts (without weekends and public holidays)

What distinguishes you

• You have training as a medical practice assistant or an equivalent basic training with further training as a medical secretary
• Existing professional experience in the healthcare sector is a great advantage
• Reliable, quality-conscious, and efficient work as well as very good IT skills are among your strengths
• Your organizational skills, strong team spirit, flexibility, and empathy distinguish you
• Stylish German, good oral French and English skills complete your profile
