You want to play an important role in the evolution of mobility and transport services in the Jura territory? By leading the Mobility and Transport Section of the Territorial Development Service (SDT), you develop and implement legislation and strategic cantonal planning for mobility and public transport for the authorities. You lead the processes of developing the offer, ordering, financing, and promoting public transport, as well as monitoring and supporting infrastructure projects. You exercise a key function in relations with institutional partners and transport companies. You supervise the section's services concerning intermodal mobility, parking, and soft mobility. You ensure the management and coordination of a team, ensuring the achievement of objectives, the development of skills, and the maintenance of a constructive work climate. You optimize the functioning of the section and work within the SDT management team, under the leadership of the head of service. You are a proposals force for the attention of the authorities. Profile With a HE or university master's degree in economics, civil engineering, or law, or equivalent training and experience, you have at least two years of professional experience in the field of mobility, acquired in a responsible and management position. You have good knowledge of public transport planning, ordering, and financing processes in Switzerland. You have excellent management skills, including leadership, decision-making, and effective team management. You demonstrate great rigor in financial management and a keen sense of organization and priorities. You have the ability to design and deploy strategies, as well as a great ability to adapt to the evolution of framework conditions, whether predictable or sudden. Results-oriented, you have a great sense of analysis and negotiation, as well as an excellent synthesis spirit. Able to work in a network, you have verbal and written ease and the ability to lead meetings in a dynamic, efficient, and effective manner. You have good oral and written skills in German.
