Store Manager (m/f/d)

With your entrepreneurial and hosting spirit as well as your passionate talent for sales, you not only enthusiasm our customers, but you also motivate your entire team through your positive radiance and authentic attitude. Thanks to your solid knowledge of retail, you succeed in managing your store successfully.

Your missions:

• Management of the boutique taking economic indicators into account
• Goal-oriented team leadership as well as the development of your employees
• Representation of our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Guaranteeing and supervising all operational tasks of the store
• Monitoring and developing loyal and new clientele
• Guaranteeing efficient merchandise management as well as active management of the sales floor

What we expect from you:

• Several years of professional experience as a manager in textile retail
• Leadership qualities and high social competence
• A motivating and confident personality
• Team spirit and a practical mentality
• A strong affinity for sales as well as a pronounced organizational talent
• An analytical understanding for the evaluation of our KPIs
• Good knowledge of English and IT
