Healthcare Specialist EFZ without night shifts (80-100%)
Your tasks include:
Ensuring individual care and support for our residents
Leading the nursing process in a therapeutic environment: daily structure and everyday life organization
Interdisciplinary cooperation in the treatment team (doctors, therapists, social services, and relatives)
Electronic documentation of nursing services (RAI/LOBOS)
You bring with you:
Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist or equivalent training
Experience in a psychosomatic and psychiatric environment is an advantage
Empathy, appreciation, and team spirit
Assertiveness and communication competence
Quick comprehension, flexibility, humor, and resilience
