What to expect At ESCHBAL, around 30 people develop and produce high-quality window systems and system components for wood-/metal windows and -lift sliding doors with quality. As a Technical Specialist AVOR, you are the interface between orders and production and bring projects on track: You take over the technical preparation of orders create calculations, material lists, and production documents bring in your own ideas and actively develop processes further collaborate closely with production, project management, and procurement and will be introduced step by step into your new area of responsibility, with personal support What you bring Training in wood or metal construction (e.g., carpenter, metalworker) Technical understanding, structured approach, and organizational talent Enjoyment of teamwork and close collaboration with different departments Willingness to develop further and take on new challenges Experience with digital tools like AutoCAD or Outlook 365 (an advantage) Initial experience in planning or AVOR (an advantage) No AVOR experience yet?
