Pedagogical Specialist (approx. 35% hourly wage) Aesch is a dynamic municipality in the Birstal. For our childcare, we are looking for a Pedagogical Specialist (approx. 35% hourly wage) (two to three mid-days from 11:15 - 13:45 and two afternoons 13:45 - 18:00 per week) as of August 1, 2026 or by agreement Your tasks: Participation in the afternoon care of the Aesch childcare (KiBeA) Participation in the lunch table Planning and implementation of excursions Cooperation with the parents Participation in day camps (during certain school holidays) Participation in team meetings Your profile: Completed pedagogical education as a specialist in childcare, social pedagogy or social work (Entry is possible directly after training) Motivation to offer children a stimulating play and learning environment Joy in work and relationship building with children Flexible, creative, resilient and team-capable Independent and responsible way of working We offer: A varied activity with a lot of design freedom in a small team A dynamic environment where we support each other Employment on an hourly basis The municipality of Aesch is the holder of the iPunkt label.
