Claims & Absence Manager As a Claims & Absence Manager, you will strengthen the department's team and provide high-level technical support in the management of claims & absences. You will ensure rigorous management of claims requiring specialized expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients, and internal teams. Claims & Absence Manager Your main missions and responsibilities: As part of this function, you will provide a portion of the HR service solutions and will be responsible for managing sickness and accident loss of earnings claim cases for various clients. More specifically: Management of sickness and accident loss of earnings claim cases with insurers and clients, in accordance with the insurance policies and conditions in force Regular contact with employees and the HR department of our client companies during sickness or accident absences Monitoring of files on our absence management tool Checks of daily allowances paid by insurers Requests for coverage of various types of medical treatments and/or hospitalizations with insurers Application of internal procedures / processes specific to clients Monitoring and management of reporting to our clients Active participation in projects Your profile: CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training First successful experience in the field of claims management Very good oral and written knowledge: French, German and English (C1 level) Excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous, organized and autonomous person with a high sense of confidentiality and customer service If you possess German language skills, it is a real asset.
