Your tasks:
Case management and care of complex health and nursing situations in the expert team
Focus areas: Palliative Care, pain and wound management, behavioral interventions, counseling, admission process, Clinical Assessment, emergency and crisis management.

Your profile:
Degree as a dipl. Pflegefachperson
High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation
Ability to implement new nursing knowledge regarding care
You love nursing and know that it is more than routine
Joy in learning together
Professional experience in long-term care (advantageous)
Training as a RAI-NH MDS coordinator or supervisor (advantageous)
Readiness for late and weekend shifts
