We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of efficient and transparent management of financial resources. Responsibilities ### • Ensure team management (supervision of activities, monitoring of deadlines, etc.); • Participate in, manage and supervise the general accounting of the 5 FIDP and the SFIDP; • Prepare and control the monthly payments and salaries of the SFIDP (approx. 60 people); • Manage and supervise the mortgage portfolio (notaries, banks, etc.); • Establish and supervise the statutory and consolidated financial statements of the FIDP and the SFIDP; • Present the financial statements of the FIDP and the SFIDP; • Supervise the preparation of the annual budgets of the FIDP; • Supervise the preparation of the four-year plans of the FIDP; • Establish financial plans and grant requests to the OCLPF. Qualifications ### • You hold a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting, or an equivalent training; • You have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in Geneva or Romandie, related to the main tasks; • You have knowledge of legislation (CO, LGL, LUP); • You have significant experience within a fiduciary; • You are looking for a position offering a balance between operational missions and steering responsibilities; • You have significant experience in the real estate sector, an asset; • You are comfortable with team management and support; • You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset and benevolent leadership; • You know how to manage deadlines and priorities.
