Security Engineer

Your field of activity

• You develop and are responsible for technical security solutions and implement security standards for modern IT/OT, cloud, and platform environments
• Together with projects and engineering teams, you integrate security-by-design into new solutions and strengthen sustainable security architectures
• You carry out security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk analyses independently and derive concrete measures from them
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal security guidelines with suitable technical solutions
• You actively help shape security monitoring and incident response and drive their further development
• With your expertise, you contribute ideas and help shape a security environment that is constantly evolving

What you bring with you

• You have several years of experience in system engineering as well as in the field of cyber security engineering
• Sound knowledge in one or more areas such as infrastructure security, network security, secure software development, identity security, endpoint security, or hybrid and multi-cloud environments distinguishes you
• Security standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST are familiar to you and you implement regulatory requirements in a practical manner
• You analyze complex technical issues in a structured way and develop comprehensible solutions
• You have German proficiency at level C1 and English at least at level B2
• A pragmatic, independent way of working as well as enjoyment in actively helping to shape changes round off your profile
