Tasks
In this responsible position, you will take over the operational and personnel leadership of the workshop. You coordinate daily processes, ensure efficient utilization of the team, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Furthermore, you are the contact person for internal and external departments and contribute significantly to the continuous further development of the workshop processes.

Requirements
You have completed technical training as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable environment, ideally with initial leadership experience. You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. Good communication skills as well as a high degree of personal responsibility round off your profile.
