The residential home Lindenhof offers contemporary and attractive living and daily structure offers in a quiet location in the middle of Basel. 24 adults with disabilities and different support needs find a long-term home here that is individually tailored to their needs.

Residential Care Specialist 60 - 80 % (temporary for 6-12 months)

Your mission

You support people with a disability in their daily living and take on tasks in accompaniment and care. In doing so, you help shape life in the residential group as well as daily structured offers. Key person work and health promotion are an important part of your daily work. You develop development plans, implement them in everyday life, and document your work according to specifications. Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives as well as third parties is also part of this exciting field of activity.

Your profile

• Completed training (FaBe, FaGe, Heilerziehungspfleger/in) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in dealing with people with a disability and/or mental impairment
• Sense of responsibility, independent way of working, and ability to work in a team
• Readiness for irregular working hours (individual night on-call services, no split shifts)
