Construction Manager VT m/w/d, Aargau For our client, we are looking for an experienced project and/or construction manager in the field of process engineering, plant construction or HVAC, who, in addition to pronounced assertiveness, also brings a clear service mentality, sets priorities securely and leads projects to success even in demanding phases. Start date: asap Latest start: 01.10.2026 – 1 year contract Duration: 12 months (great chance of extension) Workload: 100% Contract type: Contracting Location: Kaiseraugst Engineering - Mechanical Engineering Aargau Project Management Your tasks: • Construction site planning & organization, management and coordination of the construction site • Quality control in the specialist trade of pipeline construction and supply technology as well as cross-functional • Commissioning and accompaniment of external companies until defect rectification • Hand-over of the completed trade in cooperation with local engineering • Input on trade-specific planning (e.g. manufacturers, materials, etc.) • Input on planning with regard to deadlines and construction process during the CC phase • Control and evaluation of offers and specifications • Obtaining offers and price quotes • Collaboration in the awarding of contracts to executing companies • Reviewing/checking of revision documents Your profile: • Completed vocational training, ideally as a plant and apparatus builder, possibly with further training as a master, technician or similar • At least 5-10 years of professional experience in project management of pipeline installations/supply technical systems • Good knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office, process engineering knowledge and SAP knowledge are desirable • Knowledge of construction site and occupational safety (SiGeKo or safety assistant etc. are desirable) • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are required, English and French language skills are an advantage Job Benefits • Du-culture • flat hierarchies Does this sound like an exciting position?
