SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Specialist

Our client, an established SAP consulting company, is looking for a motivated SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Specialist in the Baden area, as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement, to strengthen the team!

In this role, you will have the chance to work on international S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects and combine SAP consulting with direct customer contact. You will work together with experienced consultants, be involved in various projects, and can take on more responsibility as you become more familiar with the role. Your team supports you daily and you benefit from structured onboarding.

Your tasks

• Analyze finance and controlling processes and translate business requirements into suitable SAP solutions
• Plan and lead sub-projects within S/4HANA Cloud implementations and rollouts
• Configure FI/CO modules with a focus on standardization and cloud architecture
• Conduct workshops and collaborate directly with key contact persons on the customer side
• Continuous further development and optimization of existing financial processes

Your profile

• Completed studies or training in business administration, business informatics, or comparable practical experience
• Fluent German and good English
• Good practical knowledge in the SAP FI/CO environment and strong interest in S/4HANA Cloud technologies
• Good understanding of central finance and controlling processes and their representation in ERP systems
• Good communication skills, enjoyment of collaboration, and interest in direct customer contact
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops at customer sites
