Your missions You work under the supervision of the sector head and in collaboration with the technical and scientific staff of the sector In the field, you contribute to the uncovering of remains and ensure their survey in plan/section As part of post-excavation work, you scan field notes and collaborate with scientific and technical staff for the cleaning up of surveys and the production of plans For the realization of studies, you execute scientific drawings of all types of movable and immovable archaeological remains, from sketching to publishable illustration, in collaboration with scientific staff Upon request, you may be required to design historical reconstructions (landscapes, buildings, scenes of life) Desired profile You benefit from a CFC and a higher ES complementary training as a designer, graphic designer, illustrator or equivalent. Your professional experience demonstrates a marked interest in scientific drawing, ideally in the archaeological or heritage field You benefit from proven experience in archaeology, in particular in graphic documentation tasks not only in the field, but also for promotion (plans/movable objects) You master the usual graphic applications, notably the Adobe suite. You have good notions of Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS) and/or digital photogrammetry.
