Mission : • Ensure stock management at various external storage sites. • Guarantee coordination between field teams, project managers, and various internal stakeholders. • Organize and monitor the transfer of equipment between different sites and construction sites. • Ensure the transport, delivery, and retrieval of equipment on construction sites. • Monitor stocks, anticipate needs, and ensure the availability of equipment. • Process employee requests by e-mail and handle the administrative tasks inherent to the position. • Manage temporary equipment and common tools: preparation and provision of equipment; reception and inspection of returns; monitoring of rentals; maintenance, repair, and traceability of equipment; management of recalls and availability. Profile : • Holder of a CFC in logistics management or a training deemed equivalent. • Proven experience in a technical environment related to building construction. • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of an ERP is an asset. • Dynamic, flexible, and service-oriented personality. • Excellent team spirit while being able to work autonomously. • Developed sense of organization, ability to anticipate, and aptitude to effectively coordinate several activities simultaneously. • Ease in managing priorities, emergencies, and stress. • Category B driving license indispensable, forklift license, C1 license constituting a serious advantage.
