The following awaits you

• Advice and support for customers, predominantly by telephone or at the customer reception
• Support for insurance advisors in arranging customer appointments
• Pre- and post-processing of customer appointments (sales support)
• Administrative support for insurance advisors
• Creation of offers and applications
• General correspondence

What you bring with you

• Commercial training in the insurance industry or many years of experience in insurance is mandatory
• Passed intermediary exam (VBV) is an advantage or the willingness to complete this promptly and to undergo regular further training
• Joy in expanding existing customer relationships
• Reliable, resilient personality combined with a swift way of working
• High commitment as well as customer and service orientation
• Convincing appearance with joy in interacting with people
• Positive and winning manner, sales flair
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
