Finance Business Partner / Sales Controller Job Details | Swisscard

Work location: Zurich region & Remote Work   As a Finance Business Partner / Sales Controller, you are the central contact person for financial questions for the Business Lines in Marketing & Sales. You contribute your financial expertise at an early stage and support strategic and operational decisions. In this role, you are a sparring partner for selected sub-sectors within the Marketing & Sales organization and create an effective interface between Finance and the respective Business Lines.   YOUR TASKS • Through the creation, evaluation, and targeted challenging of meaningful business cases, you create the basis for sound decisions and effective business impulses. • You analyze, understand, and forecast the central business drivers across all Business Lines. • Classic controlling tasks such as month-end closing, reporting, and variance analyses are also part of your area of responsibility. • You actively participate in strategic medium-term planning and specifically drive its further development. • Together with the team, you continuously expand controlling instruments, management models, and tools. • You constantly sharpen the planning logic and forecast methods so that forecasts become even more meaningful and relevant for decision-making.   YOUR PROFILE • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Economics forms the basis for this role. • You bring practical knowledge and at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar function; experience in the financial services environment is a plus. • You model and evaluate business cases confidently, get to the point regarding complex financial contexts, and communicate clearly with different contact persons. • You use Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI confidently to prepare analyses as well as complex topics clearly and present them understandably, and you are open to new technologies. • You communicate proficiently in German and English (oral and written).   For this position, we exclusively accept direct applications.
