Employee Night Shift

Das Wydehöfli is an innovative, family-like place of residence and work for people with support needs, which aims to promote resources, create space for development, and take a pioneering role in both employee leadership and socio-pedagogical topics with reflected standards.  For our newly created structural group for people with challenging behavior (HEVE), we are looking for an empathetic and responsible specialist. In a small, manageable setting, you will accompany our clients during the night with heart, professional competence, and an appreciative, present attitude. Employee Night Shift Your tasks • Accompanying and supporting the clients during the night from 20:00 to 07:00 • Emotional stabilization in case of restlessness, anxiety, or uncertainty • Individual interventions according to care planning • Support with nocturnal needs (orientation, toilet visits, calming) • Regular rounds and ensuring a quiet living environment • Professional handling of challenging behaviors • Initiation of emergency measures if necessary • Documentation of relevant observations and events • Taking over medical and domestic tasks upon instruction • Handover of important information to the day shift   What you bring with you • Training as a Social Pedagogue FH/HF, Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe), or comparable agogic training • Experience in accompanying people with increased support needs • Competencies in de-escalation and professional relationship management • High degree of independence and sense of responsibility • Resilience and the ability to act calmly and professionally even in demanding situations • Enjoyment of appreciative, resource-oriented accompaniment   What awaits you • On-call service or possibility of retreat for breaks during the night, provided the care situation allows it • Flat-rate compensation of CHF 220.- per night shift • A manageable residential group • A warm, family-like working environment where people know and support each other • A varied activity with high personal responsibility • Careful induction and professional support • Opportunities for further and continuing education   Become part of our Wydehöfli community and contribute to providing our residents with a loving and supportive home.
