Locality Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41395 Published on 15/07/2026 Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job description ### • Management of the production plan and workshop organization • Supervision of a team of 5 employees • Coordination of lever presses, cutting presses and welding stations • Participation in setups, adjustments and troubleshooting with the team • Leading workshop meetings and monitoring priorities • Monitoring of quality, deadlines and performance • Participation in continuous improvement of processes • Compliance with safety rules and workshop best practices Profile ### • Mechanical, microtechnical training or deemed equivalent • Experience in stamping / blanking, cutting or welding • Experience in team management or strong field leadership • Ability to participate in machine setups and adjustments • Rigor, organization, communication and quality / safety orientation The advantages: • A stimulating position in a dynamic environment • Good conditions Stamping / Blanking Workshop Manager (M/F) / Permanent
