Regulator - Rolling Regulator (M/F) - 100% - FIXED POSITION

Your mission We are looking for an experienced Rolling Regulator, capable of ensuring high-precision production in accordance with the most demanding watchmaking standards for a recognized company in its field. Your responsibilities: - Perform complete adjustment of rolling machines (traditional or CNC according to machine park). - Prepare tools, launch series and ensure production follow-up. - Optimize rolling parameters to guarantee quality, stability and productivity. - Carry out self-inspections using usual instruments (comparators, microscopes, magnifying glasses, specific rolling measurement devices). - Identify and correct production drifts. - Ensure first-level maintenance and collaborate with Methods and Quality teams. Your profile • CFC in micromechanics, polymechanics or precision mechanics - Confirmed experience in watch rolling: gear teeth, pinions, axes, or similar micromechanical parts. - Excellent mastery of adjustment, centering, and management of play and pressure. - Sharp sense of precision, quality and meticulous work. - Autonomy, rigor and ability to manage several series in parallel.
