Risk Manager Operational Risks (m/w/d) 80 - 100 % Your tasks You analyze risks at the overall bank level and shape their identification, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting. You develop well-founded decision-making bases as well as analyses and reports for management and the relevant bodies. You proactively contribute to the further development of data governance and support its assurance in close cooperation with the specialist departments. You work actively in cross-departmental projects at the interface between risk management, controlling, specialist departments, and IT. You analyze regulatory requirements (FINMA regulations and circulars) and contribute to the development of practical solutions for internal implementation at the bank. Your experience and personality Several years of professional experience in risk management, risk controlling in the banking or financial environment. Affinity for data as well as good understanding of data structures, data quality, and analytical relationships. Experience or interest in the possibilities and requirements of Artificial Intelligence and data-based technologies. Ability to work cross-departmentally and achieve common goals.
