La Fondation Vieillesse in Herisau is the home of more than 250 elderly people. At the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. For the Heinrichsbad site, we are looking for, by agreement, a

Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You take care of our residents during the night with empathy, competence and according to their needs in their home.
• You assume responsibility for the house during the night and ensure smooth operations.
• With your professional and social competence, you create an atmosphere of calm, security and trust.
• You advise and support the night watch team at the Heinrichsbad site as well as in the Ebnet and Dreilinden houses professionally.
• You act competently and prudently in difficult situations and thus contribute to a high quality of care during the night.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent training with a diploma recognized in Switzerland.
• You have professional experience in long-term care and enjoy accompanying and caring for elderly people.
• You have experience with ePDoc care documentation and are comfortable with digital documentation.
• You can express yourself orally and in writing in German in a satisfactory manner.
• You are a team player and contribute to good collaboration through your reliability and respectful manner.
