• You have training as a nursing specialist HF or FH - Nursing Team Lead 80-100% in Dietikon
• You know daily nursing well and have initial experience in leadership

• You enjoy working in a team but also make decisions yourself
• You motivate others and help to ensure the team gets better
• You are ready to work in day shifts or night shifts
