Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ (60 - 80 %)

The Oberlimatte is an institution active in childcare at several locations in the Oberaargau. The Oberlimatte operates three daycare centers, three stationary living groups for children and young people, a socio-pedagogical day structure in Langenthal, and offers outpatient services in the context of children and young people. To supplement our team, we are looking for a Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ (60 - 80 %) for our student group (socio-pedagogical day structure) as of August 1, 2026, or by agreement. The children attend public schools. Outside of school hours and during school vacations, they are cared for in our group during the day. Requirements: • Completed training in childcare or equivalent training (also an opportunity for people who will complete their training in summer 2026!) • A big heart for children and young people • Sense of responsibility and reliability • Good team skills • Proficient in German, both spoken and written. Areas of responsibility: • Daily accompaniment of children from kindergarten to school leaving age • Homework support • Assistance with active vacation and leisure planning • Work as a reference person • Possibly additional deployments in a living group We offer: • Exciting activity in a supportive team • Workplace near the city center • Modern working conditions, at least 5 weeks of vacation • Further training by agreement.
