Associate for our Restructuring / Special Situations team # To expand our team, we are looking for talented lawyers immediately or by arrangement. In this team, we advise companies in financially strained situations and their decision-makers, financial institutions, and creditors on refinancings, restructurings, and in the preparation and execution of insolvency proceedings. We accompany solvent and insolvent restructurings, starting from the restructuring of liabilities to advising in estate and bankruptcy proceedings. We also represent clients in the enforcement and defense of disputed claims. We also support cross-border issues, particularly in the coordination of international insolvency proceedings, and advise on fiduciary duties and other corporate law aspects in crisis situations. You have completed a legal education in Swiss law and are aiming for a career in a business law firm. Ideally, you bring initial experience in restructuring, insolvency, or financial market law - whether from a procedural or transactional perspective. Your interest in business-related issues as well as in complex legal and strategic solutions distinguishes you. You work precisely, think in networks, and enjoy contributing to interdisciplinary and international mandates.
