Further development of SOPs: You support the team in updating and optimizing internal process descriptions (SOPs). Training management: In our online training tool, you record the required participants and create corresponding reports for documentation. Performance management (KPIs): You create regular evaluations of our performance indicators (KPIs) and report them to the relevant offices. Administrative coordinator: With your organizational talent and speedy work, you support the team in administrative tasks and ensure relief in times of high workload. What you bring You are studying in the field of medical technology or similar areas. You work independently, precisely and structured.
