Social Worker FH 60% ## For the Social Service Integration & Migration area, we are looking for an engaged social worker as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks On behalf of municipalities, you will advise and support recognized and provisionally admitted refugees within the framework of economic social assistance and their integration process. The basis consists of cantonal specifications as well as the integration agenda. This includes in particular • The monthly calculation of economic social assistance according to cantonal guidelines • Psychosocial counseling • Advice and support for measures regarding linguistic, school, vocational, and social integration, especially within the framework of the integration agenda • Cooperation with municipalities and other involved specialist agencies • Mediation, information, and triage in the areas of family, housing, health, insurance, finance, education, and work • Information and orientation regarding the social and political system of Switzerland What you bring with you You have a degree from a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) in Social Work or an equivalent tertiary education. Knowledge or initial experience in economic social assistance as well as interest in migration and integration issues are an advantage. You enjoy working with people of different origins and move confidently in cooperation with authorities, municipalities, and specialist agencies. You work independently, professionally, and in a structured manner and at the same time value teamwork. You handle administrative tasks routinely and efficiently.
