Responsibilities As Site Manager, you guarantee the smooth running of the establishment both organizationally and clinically. You ensure the quality of services, the well-being of residents, and the support of teams in a continuous improvement process. Your main responsibilities Ensure the operational and organizational management of the site. Supervise, support, and develop the skills of the teams. Guarantee the quality, safety, and continuity of care and support. Ensure compliance with legal, institutional requirements, and internal procedures. Participate in the development and monitoring of institutional projects. Manage human resources, schedules, and administrative aspects related to the function. Collaborate closely with management and internal and external partners. Promote a culture of well-being, quality, and continuous improvement. Profile Swiss nursing diploma or recognized by the Red Cross Confirmed experience in psychiatry. Significant experience in team management. CAS in management required. CAS in psychiatry desired. Failing this, you are willing to undertake this training. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to support change.
