Research Assistant

The IFSAR Institute for Social Work and Spaces is part of the Department of Social Work. For the interdisciplinary focus areas <<Wohnen und Nachbarschaften>> as well as <<Aufwachsen und Bildung>>, we are looking for starting 1 February 2027 or by arrangement: Research Assistant (60%). We are addressing persons who are enrolled in the Master's degree program in Social Work at the St. Gallen location of the Berner Fachhochschule, the Hochschule Luzern, and the OST, or who are planning a degree program from the academic year onwards. The position offers the opportunity to gain experience in various service areas of IFSAR parallel to the Master's studies. The employees of IFSAR are active in research and development and provide services for social institutions, administrations, authorities, and companies. In addition, they are engaged in continuing education as well as teaching at Bachelor's and Master's levels.
