The position is attached to the Cabinet and External Affairs Directorate, a transversal directorate, integrated into the General Directorate. In coherence with the strategic axes of the HUG, the Cabinet and External Affairs Directorate contributes to strengthening the influence and visibility of the HUG. Its actions aim to coordinate institutional partnerships at the cantonal, regional, national and international levels, strengthen the position of the HUG within international Genève, contribute to the philanthropic program of the HUG, support the deployment of humanitarian activities, coordinate relations with churches, religious communities and chaplaincies, and lead the institutional sustainability approach. The Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR) Hub has the mission of coordinating the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Strategy for the entire institution, in close collaboration with all departments and directorates of the hospital. More info on HUG Job description ## As a CSR project manager, you actively contribute to the development and implementation of the HUG sustainability strategy, and more particularly to its environmental component. You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing and documenting the sustainability performance of the HUG, establishing the carbon footprint of the institution, and monitoring and coordinating the sustainability action plan. In close collaboration with the various services, directorates and departments of the institution, you lead projects related to the implementation of the sustainability strategy as well as projects and events for awareness of sustainability. You provide expert support to the various services, directorates and departments in the fields of sustainable development and more particularly environmental and climate protection. You advise on best practices and implement initiatives to promote sustainability within the HUG. Profile description ## You hold a university degree at Master level in the field of environment, sustainable development or training deemed equivalent, with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar function, ideally in a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders. Certifications in project management (HERMES ; IPMA, Prince2 or PMI), change management and carbon footprint are preferred. You are a pragmatic person, having excellent interpersonal skills and a good listening ability. Your ability to influence without a direct hierarchical link allows you to evolve with ease in multidisciplinary contexts and to work transversally. You have an excellent ability to synthesize and very good writing and oral presentation skills. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French as well as a very good level of written and spoken English; command of German is an asset.
