On behalf of our client, a renowned IT company based in Bern that specializes in the areas of infrastructure, engineering, IT services, and project management, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Sr. Network & Security Engineer (m/w) 80-100% # In this versatile and varied role, you are responsible for the company's own datacenters and public cloud infrastructure. You ensure the stability, scalability, and availability of the network and firewall platforms and are the technical expert for the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical standards and architecture guidelines. Our client offers you a very exciting and demanding task with the goal that you can continuously take on more tasks in the area of system engineer. To be successful in this demanding position, you have a completed degree in computer science (Uni/HF/FH). You have several years of experience in the architecture, conception, construction, and operation of datacenter and public cloud networks. You have sound knowledge in routing, switching, WiFi, VPN, and firewall technologies as well as experience in automation.
