Introduction

For our client, a modern institution in the field of long-term care in the Basel region, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ with the function of deputy residential group manager, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Holistic and individual care as well as support of the residents within the framework of primary caregiver care
• Ensuring a high quality of care and a professional nursing process
• Supporting the residential group manager in organizational and administrative tasks
• Deputy assumption of leadership tasks in the absence of the residential group manager
• Coordination of daily business and participation in the further development of processes
• Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, as well as internal and external specialists
• Promotion of an appreciative and respectful living and working environment

Profile

• Completed training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent training
• Professional experience in long-term care, ideally with a focus on geriatrics or dementia
• Initial leadership experience or interest in developing into a leadership role
• Strong social competence and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a team and contact with residents and relatives
