Our spare parts service ensures daily that our customers and our service technicians receive the required spare parts quickly and reliably.

For this central hub function, we are looking for a committed personality who wants to take on responsibility and actively help shape processes.

Your Tasks

• Receipt and processing of spare parts inquiries and orders from our customers as well as service technicians
• Technical and organizational team leadership in spare parts service and logistics
• Ensuring an efficient spare parts supply for our customers and service technicians
• Coordination of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Optimization and further development of workflows and processes as well as digitalization
• Close cooperation with service, sales, suppliers, and customers

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the logistical or technical field
• Further training as a Technical Merchant, Process Specialist, Logistics Specialist, or comparable is an advantage
• Experience in spare parts management, logistics, service internal sales, or supply chain
• Organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and leading a small team technically
• Fluent in German, communicative in English. Further foreign languages are an advantage
