tasks

• you are the interface between customers, production and supplier
• in doing so, you handle the entire product process from a-z
• you advise and look after customers by telephone, by email and sometimes also directly on site
• in addition, you prepare offers, process orders and send samples
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80% and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a commercial clerk or equivalent
• experience in the textile sector is of great advantage
• a stable career path as well as a high sense of responsibility is required
• experienced handling of common office products is expected
• would you describe yourself as customer-oriented, reliable as well as working independently and do you keep your cool in hectic situations?
