Protekta Rechtsschutz-Versicherung AG, a company of the Mobiliar Group, continues to expand and is looking for reinforcement.   In this position, you will be part of the Law & Benefits 3 department at Protekta. Together with your team of jurists, you will be responsible for processing cases in the legal areas of liability and insurance law. What to expect ## You will independently process legal cases in the area of liability and insurance law and advise our insured persons (verbally/in writing) with your social skills and a healthy dose of service orientation on all questions surrounding the legal case.   Your core tasks lie in the verbal and written negotiations with our customers, opposing parties, authorities, opposing lawyers, and other legal representatives. In social insurance law, you will draft objections and complaints.   In addition, you will have the opportunity to process cases in other legal areas and participate in interdisciplinary projects.
