Your new job ##

• Advise and support the sales units on issues regarding the opening and mutation of business relationships, especially regarding VSB and the KYC process
• Advise and support the sales units on matters relating to the GwG and to embargo/sanction measures
• Conduct analysis of business relationships and transactions, assess facts and define measures
• Develop documentation on regulatorily relevant circumstances and draft suspicious activity reports to the Meldestelle für Geldwäscherei (MROS)
• Collaborate on the further development of key projects regarding internal regulations, data collection and money laundering topics within the framework of the strategic direction of the BKB Group

• Completed university degree in law or business administration with professional experience (at least 3 years) in a compliance function of a financial intermediary
• Ability to analyze complex matters and communicate them in a manner appropriate to the target group
• Practiced in working systematically, thinking in networks and in solutions

• Confident and experienced in Office applications (especially Excel), paired with a flair for IT systems and databases - do you also already bring knowledge in handling the banking software Avaloq? Plus points for you!
