What you can achieve.

• You develop practical standards as well as training in data and document management and enable users to implement these securely and efficiently in everyday work.
• You are responsible for the construction, further development, and maintenance of Technical Location Structures in SAP S/4HANA and ensure a consistent and future-proof asset structure.
• As a bridge builder between technical concepts of data and document management and their practical implementation in the field, you develop solutions that combine processes and requirements, create sustainable added value, and drive digital transformation in asset management.
• In cooperation with specialist departments, maintenance, and project teams, you provide practical impulses for digital asset management and data quality assurance.
• As a process manager, you support the planning and commissioning of projects and maintenance orders and ensure a smooth flow of information and data between the involved areas.

• A structured and process-oriented way of working characterizes you. You analyze complex relationships reliably, develop standards, and anchor them practically in the organization. SAP S/4HANA is familiar to you, ideally with a focus on maintenance in SAP PM/EAM. The construction and maintenance of Technical Location Structures as well as the assurance of high data quality are among your strengths.
• You bring sound knowledge in data and document management as well as a pronounced understanding of the importance of high-quality master data along the entire asset lifecycle.
• You have completed professional training in the fields of informatics, engineering, facility management, business administration, or a comparable specialty. Ideally, you have already been able to gain corresponding experience in the field of maintenance.
• Very good German skills at least at level C1. French at least at level B1 is an advantage. English skills at least at level B1 facilitate cooperation in digital environments.
